help: ADC/DAC interfaces in spartan3e starter kit

hi,
i want to interface two sensors (analog input) to ADC channels and generate 4 analog outputs from DAC, present on spartan3e starter kit...i'm not board-level
guy...any friend who made custom board to interface these signals...kindly
share tips on howto make board/use the Analog interfaces (any safety measures to avoid starter kit damage)...

Make sure input voltage don't swing beyond the specified limit.

Use blocking capacitor if input AC signal is riding on DC level.

Avoid touching (static discharges), particularly FPGA.
