Heatsinks for Topswitch Flyback controller?

Does anyone have advice of methods of fixing heatsinks to the eSIP-7C package of Topswitch-jx?
I noticed that the eSIP-7C package does not have a screw hole for heatsink fixation.
(eSIP-7C is seen on page 35 of datasheet)

Also, Please Do you have a part number for the plastic clamper that gets used to afix the topswitch-jx to the heatsink in fig1 of page 5 of of DER-243 document..

Also, concerning DER-299 document, (fig16, page25) do you know if the "std spacer" (ITEM No. 6) of thickness 0.125" is a standard off-the-shelf part or is it custom made?
Also, is ITEM No. 5 (Gap pad) an off-the-shelf part?, or does it have to be cut out of a bigger sheet of gap pad by an assembly worker?..

No idea where they got that little clip but it looks like it might be made of something similar to gap pad that is very thermally conductive.

For heat sinking a package like that which doesn't provide a nice screw down point you either need to use gap pad or thermal paste cement to make a connection to your enclosure or a big hunk of metal.

Gap pad can definitely be purchased in large squares and cut down with a simple knife, nothing special to it but I think it can be pricey.
