Heatsink for a non critical application control 2600W AC

Hi!

I need to design a heatsink for a non critical application.
I will control 2600W AC with four thyristor.
I learn about it in the past but it was a loooong time and I need to remember the rules / formulas.

Can someone give me the correct way to goal?
