HDL Cosimulation blocks in Simulink

Hi all,

If I entered a different sockets ports specifications when I configured the HDL Cosimulation blocks in Simulink conncted together, how can i use the port numbers "4449", "1119", "3339" in the preceding command line with the correct sockets ports informations for the model.
