In gsm 300 modem, after dialing *121# some option will come then how to select option like 1,2... From that using at command.
 

Are you sure that ATD*121# works in this case? I don't know the meaning of this command but it looks like unstructured supplementary service data that should be send through an AT+CUSD command.
