If you watch this link : http://blaisejarrett.com/websockets/ , you will see an example of how to connect micro-controller to a websocket server.
I need the same thing done, but instead of using wifi , I need to use GSM 3G.
Looking for someone to make this project, good & quick pay. ( and many more projects to come )
