Tech Startup - Help needed with mini wireless bridge/router project

Hey Everyone,

I want to ask some experts and hopefully commission someone to help build a small device

The hardware itself would be simply a small wireless bridge/router with the ability to add a SIM card. It would need to load balance (between wifi and 4g) and connect to multiple devices

The software will be tricky but I am a software engineer and can handle some of this side.

If anyone has any expertise here or can help us out, please let me know
