GPRS ppp problem during connection ,IPCP does not started

Here is the negotiation code during my test. the code imitated AN2120.

Does anyone have any idea about why ISP close the connection instead of send IPCP packet during negotiation ?

From your sequenece, it seems that it is ok:
- LCP (c021) is working fine
- PAP (c023) is working fine

however, when you are doing IPCP (8021), there server asking to terminate the connection:
- LCP (c021) termination (05)

But when you check your PAP,

you will find that there is an odd login name and odd login password:
- MyName (4D 79 4E 61 6D 65)
- MyPassword (4D 79 50 61 73 73 77 6F 72 64)

Which seems that it is invalid, such that the server terminated your connection.

My experience is that, the login name and password should be nothing for most the operator.

So, please remove the login string, and try again.

I am unable to establish PPP over GSM/GPRS modems. If one modem RINGs the other then the other one able to receive the RING but not able to give reply to it by CONNECT
Scenario is like this:
Modem 1: atd<<9268706778;>>
Modem 2: RING RING RING
Modem 2: ata
Modem 2: ok
thats all when I run PPP the scenario is like this
Modem 1: . /etc/ppp/gprs-connect
Modem 2: nothing
Modem 1: script /usr/sbin/chat -v -f /etc/ppp/gsm-connect finished (pid=****), status=0*6
connect script failed
I hope my PPP connection is not established for sure before to that the modems are not agreeing to communicate with CONNECT statement exchanging between them.
Please suggestions needed urgently
