Hi,
I worked as a verification engineer for two years using specman e. Right now I have some time(lets call it a long vacation) and want to read up some books on verification and ASIC design to get the overall picture.
Any good recomendations?
where can I get "Writing test benches -- Priciples of Verifiable RTL Design, 2nd Ed"? Is there an electronic edition? Could anybody show a download link? Thanks a lot!
There is a very good book,
"SOC Verification Methodologies" by Singh , it is in e book upload foroum.
You get a hold on SOC verification and s/w h/w co sims.
I know every ATE vendor is having their own proprietary test program development software ,to generate test program for different devices. You will be exposed to it only when you get a chance to work on the million dollar testers. Is there any possibility for a outsider to learn it.
