Gnu HC12 problems - programming the 68HC12

Gnu HC12 problems

I'm programming the 68HC12 with the Gnu compiler.
When uploading to evb with d-bug 12 everything is fine.
BUT when uploading to HC12 (overwriting the debug 12) the program doesn't work.

The problem must be in the linker file. (memory.x)

Does anybody has a simple example on how this must be done.
All files i found on the net are for evb+debug 12 purpose.

Please any help is welcome :(
