We are going to design 2.4GHz operating gilbert mixer using bjt and mosfet. When we apply ac signal with 2.4ghz frequency its biasing changes. How we solve this problem and kindly suggest bjt and mosfet models?
 

First of all, you should post here what you have exactly done then you may get an answer..
 

Mixer has 2 inputs Rf and LO.

RF is small signal so it has its DC value. For large signal LO, the biasing point will be the average voltage. like 0-VDD , your bias point is assumed VDD/2.
