getting cell id for mobile phone

cellid of mobiles

i want to know how can i get the cell id for nokia mobile phone using AT commands and is there another way to get the cell id rather than the AT commands

Hi friend: indeed; i am not interest in this but there is a mobile program for nokia 6600, this program displays the Cell ID, LAC, BCCH, and also the signal sitrength. Also, it notify you by a ton if there is a handover was done. the program name is celltrack
