Is there any relation between gate length of mos transistor and linearity?
on the other words, linearity is dependent on gate length of mos ?

No. Linearity of MOS transistors depends LARGELY on VGS (with respect to VTH) and VDS.

Gate Length affects resistance, Rds. Hence affecting transconductance, gm.
This in turn affects drain current, Id.
