i have programmed fuzzy logic in matlab, and also getting the desired output, but i am unable to make the hardware which behaves the same as matlab. How can i make a controller which can work as a fuzzy logic controller

I'd start by posting the Matlab code and explaining exactly what it does.

I have done it on matlab Simulink, I'll post pic of it, and membership function too.

Mathworks has some tools which can generate either C or HDL codes from a Simulink or from the MATLAB project file. Take a look at "HDL Coder" and at "MATLAB Coder" tools.
