c-w multiplier

can any1 plz tell me the current flow in the full wave CM voltage multiplier...& ho to calculate the voltage across it ...??

is it during 1st cycle, current flows thru D1 & D2 and charges up C11 & C12 at the same time, then after that, C11& C12 discharges and flows thru D3 & D4 & C2, then the rest goes on like this??

then how to calculate the V after the full wave CW voltage multipler??
