I am working on 1500 Watt ( 2000 VA) inverter. I have 20 MOSFETs each rated 100 Watt. Should i use half bridge of full bridge topology? How should i connect the MOSFETs in Full bridge?

I'm not sure what the 100W MOSFET rating has to do with the inverter power but you will have to give far more details of what the inverter is supposed to do if you want advice. As you saying you have 20 MOSFETs per arm of the bridge of 20 in total?

Brian.

Thanks, i have tried to illustrate my confusion in this document, kindly do give your opinion.
