FSS basic functions for rectangular patches

I am studying on FSS for my graduate thesis but I could not write a program by using Matlab. I could not find where I am making mistakes. In theory part there is no problem but I think I am making mistakes while using basis funcitons. I used MoM and rectangular patches.
If someone can help me about this trouble or suggest me basis functions for rectangular patches, I will be really glad.
