FSBB20CH60C POWER MODULE ,

i will create the foot print , plz any one check this foot print and drill size is and pad size increase or not ,

this foot print using power electronics (input 300v DC)

attached the foot print and data sheet...........plz and reply me any correction

a)for drill =pin lead+10mil extra so,go through page no 16 here three lead size is given ;for type-1 --->30milx30mil,for type 2--->30milx38mil,for type 3--->30milx30mil (from pin 1 to pin 20)
b)for pin21 to pin 27 please follow the page no 14 ;61mil
