fringing field effect on input impedance in Micro strip antenna

Hello,In microstrip patch antenna manual they say that as we increase W there will be more radiation because of fringing field increase then
"Q will reduce " and impedance will reduce.
Why Q will reduce and input impedance will reduce.
Is there some physical logic so i could understand the last part of the claim?

There are few ways to express the Q factor of the antenna.

One way is related to antenna bandwidth BW, where Q = Central Frequency / Bandwidth
Another way is based on the antenna input impedance Z, where Q = ωZ/2R. So, for constant R, if Z will reduce, Q will reduce.
