Frequenct controlling varactor reverse voltage, how much current i must provide?

For controlling frequency, for example reverse voltage 0..12v. How much current that source must capable of to drive varactor properly?
 

The diode should be reverse biased so the current required is minimal, just leakage current around the circuit.
