FreePDK - how to change the Rule file precision to 0.0005?

I'm trying to do DRC in PVS for a gds created in 45nm FreePDK.
But the Design Rule Check Finished Abnormally

[masco ERROR]
Rule file precision 0.001 is not consistent with database precision 0.0005 in input gds file .
[INPUT ERROR] Incorrect GDS file.

Execution aborted. Exiting with status 1.

Please help me to change the Rule file precision to 0.0005?
