Free help required to assemble PIC based temperature control

Please help me free the basics of Pic 16f73 and pic16f76. I require the ciruit of pic programer hadware. cirucits, stimulators and manuals, if any body having this help me. PIC is required for my study project work .

Hi,
You can use ICPROG ,FPP softwares and PROPIC2 hardware for programming PIC.
What is the range of temperature u are measuring?
