Hello, when simulating cadence virtuoso circuits i get a schemtics results.
I want to design the layout ,is there some free layout extraction tool i could use for my gpdk180 circuits.
is there some free pdk extraction tool?
Thanks.

Not for a Cadence layout, but you could export
a GDSII file and use some of the free tools to get
an extracted netlist - if you have the PDK image
for that platform.

klayout will do extraction. LASI7 will do extraction.
MAGIC will do extraction. For any of them you
need the extract rules defined.

Might start at NCSU which I gather is the home
for the gpdk? That home ought to point at
supported tools.

I have a cadence virtuoso layout based on gpdk45 pdk,you say i should export GDSII file and then what free tool should i use?
How to handle a cadence virtuoso layout?
Thanks.
