Free digital libraries for Encounter RTL compiler

I am trying to learn synthesis using RTL compiler. Most of the tutorials I find online use libraries which are modified by the University which made the tutorial or something like the AMS hitkit for the 0.35 um process. I was wondering if anyone over here can recommend some free pdks I can use for use with RTL compiler.

If its just learning for now any technology should be ok i believe.
If you have a RTL you can use the tutorial.lib which comes with RTL Compiler binaries.

Just invoke RTL Compiler and perform the below; it should automatically identify the path and load it. IT may be limited in terms of RTL designs which have macros for which you would need to add macro libs.
