fractal rectangular dielectric resonator antenna

hello everybody. i have to make a rectangular fractal DRA..First of all if can u help me a tutorial or a book to calculate the dimensions of this kind of antenna ? A program to simulate?
I saw that somebody opened a thread about this subject but that thread is solved and closed now.
