dear we are using FPGA borad and a RF transmitter with it to transmite data to other end
we have observed that RF signal disturb our algo in FPGA when we place it almost 5ft away from each other it behaves normally.
what could be reson of this?
what should we do for combined use?

Not a clear observation, I fear.

Very generally layout and wiring problems can be assumed. It shouldn't happen in a state-of-the-art digital design. Clock and power supply of the FPGA are critical points. It can be also expected, that the transmitter interface is transporting conducted interferences. Adding suitable common mode filters can help. Antenna matching, wiring and placement will affect the result as well.

You should consider, that above a certain output power level a metallic enclosure for the digital circuit and respective filtering of all signals crossing the enclosure may necessary.

we confirm the distortion by moving RF transmitter to near and far distances.
it behaves well when FPGA module was 5ft away from RF transmitter.
can you hel what filter values we should use for our circuit.
RF frequency is 433MHz

I can't suggest any detail solutions without having an idea about the signal and power supply wiring of the involved boards.
