Hi,
I created a custom footprint using the altium wiki which stated to create the shape and place a pin inside of it will tie the shape to the net connection. This however doesn't appear to have happened as in the layout it throws errors stated the 2 are not connected. Attached is a screenshot of it in layout, if anyone could help me that would be great.
