orcad footprint maker

Hi,

I'm using OrCAD PCB Designer instead of Allegro.
Is it possible to redirect the FPM program calling
to this application? Otherwise I cannot use FPM
since I don't have any license of Allegro (I've
got the license only for OrCAD PCB Designer)
