Hello All,

Sometimes while placing the components if you press 'Y'. the components are flipped on the same layer.

is there a way to detect these Flipped components?

Thanks in advance for your help.

You mean you want a list of all the components on your PCB that were flipped?

you can them if the designators are mirrored.

use this filter:

(ObjectKind = 'Text') And (StringType = 'Designator') And (Mirror = 'True')

I dont thick Altium flips component "in same layer" it will mirror them to the other layer.
In schematic yes it does flips symbol.

No, in pcb you can flip the component but altium is warning you.
