Flat cam and altium *.drl configuration ?

What's *.drl configuration from Altium for FlatCam ?
I got this display from Flatcam :


Any ideas ?

I had this issue, once you have created the gerber files don’t save them or export them. Then I use the original file to export drill file and save the drill file making sure the setting are set the same.
I found once you created your gerber files then saved them things mess up
