Finding the transfer function

I have to calculate the trnsfer function of a complete system containing an moving average filter and integrator in an fpga....also having an ADC and DAC interface...how do i find it theoretically...using only the datasheets

you wont find the answer in the datasheets. They just tell you how the devices work. Not how to implement your filter.
