Hello all, I am using LTSPICE for my project. I want to find Cgs and Cgd values from the operating point. I see Cgs ov, Cgd ov , dQgdVgb etc. How to find cgs value approximately from LTSPICE ?

I have the same question.

Gautham, when I swapped models from level 49 to level 3 (random academic model files found on cmosedu.com), I got more "c" (cgd cgs, etc) in the ltspice dc op sim. I couldn't figure out where it is defined. I mean why type models would impact which "c" to report in dc op result.

Hopefully some good people of edaboard know.
