Finding a pspice npn & pnp transistors model of the any complementary bipolar process

Can anybody help me with finding a pspice npn & pnp transistors(Ft~8Ghz) model of the any complementary bipolar process?

Maxim have such a process but you will have to sign an NDA to get the models **broken link removed**

Some of the BiCMOS processes may suit your requirements but you are most likely to have to sign an NDA to get them. There may be some available from MOSIS https://www.mosis.com/products/fab-processes

As a rule, foundries don't use or support PSPICE as an IC design
tool. They produce PSPICE netlists for the convenience of their
customers in developing applications, but these seldom embed
the transistor details - these are part of the "secret sauce".

You might be provided model files that are HSPICE or Spectre
compatible, from which you could convert (beware dialect
differences, such as whether various parasitics are absolute
or W-scaled, etc.).

TI, Intersil, ADI, and I'm sure most broad-line analog houses
have complementary bipolar processes (sometimes, tens or
more of them). But it's very difficult to extract those models
from them without a NDA, and more likely a contract with some
real value (to the foundry) behind it.
