Hi to all,

I would like to test a circuit in which an analog Floating Gate Mos is needed. I would like to know if there are some available MOS with programmable floating gate.
I want to be able to program and erase the floating gate.

I went through ALD inc EPAD technology, but it seems that you can program them but not erase. Correct me if I am wrong. Moreover the programmer seems a lot expensive.
