Hi,

I'm looking to design a fast fully differential comparator with hysterisis - I thought about a latch type (regnerative) comparator with positive feedback. But the hysterisis takes quite a while - and when I do corner/monte carlo analysis I get quite some propagation delay difference. As I'm concerned about the skew introduced by different comparators in different signal path I would realy appreciate some guidance on how to optimize latch type comparators with repsect to speed/proagation delay (or skew) - or would appreciate a hint to different structures ...
