FAN6080H Quasi resonant flyback controller going obselete?

Hi,
...the FAN6080 web page says "Active Not Rec".....does this mean "not recomended for new designs"?....presumably because its going obselete?

ONSemi sold the Pocatello plant off and there is a 5-year supply
agreement with the new owner. Beyond that ON would have to
make a new deal and may not care to. Whether this part runs in
that fab, I do not know. But there's a shakeup at the disco.
