Fairchild SMT Voltage Regulator

I have a Fairchild SMT, Tabbed three-terminal regulator with markings:
D326 and below it 5G0..... (the other letters burned when the plastic burned).

I can't find this part anywhere in the Fairchild literature of Google. Can someone help ? This part is located near the power plug of a Maxtor hard drive.
