[SOLVED] Extraction of parasitic capacitance of a BJT

I want to extract the parasitic capacitor a bjt practically(in the lab).
I dont know how I can do that?
plz help me if u know.

Put a series resistor before base, and take some measurements from base at wide badwidth ( from some KHz up to some MHz ).

I've done that but I dont know to extract the capacitance from the equations?
