To do this noise extraction, the S2P file should include the Fmin (and Gamma_opt and Rn), as in the example below.
Not all the vendor S2P files includes those parameters, which sometime must be measured by the customer.

Yeah. My s2p file did include all these. But my concern is how to extract it in Matlab? Does it have a special function like how to extract S-Parameters?
