Hello,
I would like to ask if anyone knows how to extract the Noise Parameters from the S2P file in Matlab?

To do this noise extraction, the S2P file should include the Fmin (and Gamma_opt and Rn), as in the example below.
Not all the vendor S2P files includes those parameters, which sometime must be measured by the customer.

! NE3503M04
! N-channel HJ-FET
! Vds = 2 V Id = 7 mA
# GHz S MA R 50
! f S11 S21 S12 S22
! GHz MAG ANG MAG ANG MAG ANG MAG ANG
2.000 0.963 -26.800 4.661 150.500 0.031 71.100 0.637 -21.100
2.500 0.945 -33.400 4.600 143.300 0.039 67.500 0.626 -26.900

! f Fmin Gammaopt Rn/50
! GHz dB MAG ANG -
2.000 0.230 0.831 17.100 0.254
2.500 0.240 0.818 20.700 0.248

Yeah. My s2p file did include all these. But my concern is how to extract it in Matlab? Does it have a special function like how to extract S-Parameters?

Noise parameters cannot be extracted from simple S parameters alone.
