Hi;

I am trying to find an external watchdog timer with a timeout of upto several hours.
I dont want to count several shorter timeouts to implement a timeout upto an hour and want a single interrupt.

Is there any supervisory IC that gives such a long duration of timeout?

Thanks

my dear

what's the use of it?
the basic requirement of the wdt is to bring the system out of software locks
if you want to get reset signal in certain hours doesn't seems to be useful and there's no such available(as far as i know) what you can do is that use a PIC or AVR (minimum pin count) and program that as a wdt according to your requirement. use the internal wdt of the controller to make it stable
