ExpressPCB ground plane to pad clearance

edaboard forum,

I'm using expressPCB 7.0.2 for a board layout. I can set
the clearance between a trace and the ground plane but
can't find a way to set the clearance between a pad or
via and the ground plane. Any one know how to do this?
