ethernet phy mii

Dear all,

I need a module that interface between physical RJ45 cable of Ethernet (at Physical layer) & Media Independent Interface (MII). Initially I planned to build 1 on my own, I had purchased a few KSZ8721B (MICREL's product) chips and preparing to build it. However my friend advised me that building such a high speed device (Fast Ethernet is 100MHz@bps) might need lot of works and debugging at PCB level (This will be the 1st time I doing PCB), and suggested me try to look for a commercially available product for it. I need to build this thing as soon as possible.

Any suggestion or advice from you guys? If I need to purchase a COTS product for that, any recommendation??
