Ethernet MAC Trimode

Hello Everybody!
I am trying to implement Ethernet MAC tripple mode (10/100/1000) with Altera board DE2-115 having Marvell 88E1111 Phy.

I found similar project done on opencores.org with all rtl, simulation, etc.The block diagram of this project is in attachment for referrence. mac.jpgclock.jpg. But I don't know how to use it. Can anybody give some idea how to proceed?
