Thank you for help me..

Do you have any idea how complex writing even porting a TCP/IP stack is?

Hi blueroomelectronics,

No,it is new for me.I try to implement it.If you have more information related to this then please tell me...

Hi,
I done inquiry about ENC28J60.But there is tcp/ip stack problem.
Is there another solution for that instead of ENC28J60 ?..
I want to use ethernet with AT89S52/AT89S8252 for communication only.

Thanking you..

Hi ,

I have used WIZ5100 ethernet controller from wiznet with AVR micro-controller.
It can be interfced via SPI or bus.

The code is available for AVR on their site which can be modified as per application requirement.

Its worked fine for me....U can check it out......

Hi techbee,
Can you please give me more idea about that ?..
which AVR microcontroller you used...

Thanking you...

Hi

You can use the S1S60000 from epson it is more powerfull then the W5100 since it use an ARM720 as a core processor and parallel port interface

All the best

Bobi

Hello,

it use an ARM720 as a core processor and parallel port interface
Regarding the original requested network interface for a small 8-bit uC, this doesn't seem to be an advantage. Also chip pincount and such. That's why I suggested W5100, but obviously there's is world of other options.

I am having problems interfacing my PIC with wiz5100. Please, is there any driver in CSS C that i can use
