Ethernet bootloader means you want to boot your device over ethernet? that is NFS?
When you have the kernel source, compile that with enabling the boot with NFS,
If the kernel already has NFS support then change the boot argument to boot from network and give the Server IP address.

i want to program LPC1788 via the ethernet by FlashMagic.there is LPC1768 ethernet bootloader in FlashMagic , while i need LPC1788 ethernet bootloader . can you help me? And may be more explain your above solution ? what you mean about 'NFS' or ' enabling the boot with NFS ,.
NFS means, network filesystem, where in you boot arguments itself specified that to boot from server PC, the filesystem will be available in the server and the communication is over ethernet.

as a fact i want to program my micro (lpc1788) via the ethernet . there is ethernet bootloader code for lpc1768 in Flash Magic
but i need LPC1788 Ethernet Bootloader code . can you help me?
