Unless this is a general Modelsim question about using the coverage feature in simulations to obtain coverage results of what you deem your critical paths, I suspect this is some critical path timing question about primetime or some other ASIC tool. Most if not all of your previous questions have been ASIC related, so this is posted in the wrong area. Besides that your question is a bit vague.
