elektor esr / c meter

i build esr/c meter from elektor electronics and work in esr/dc mode but in c mode display next message:
capacity zero
set point error
what is wrong?

when i remove 555 from the circuit esr meter work in c mode, maybe pcb error or???

i found error in my pcb short cut with pin 33 and pin 25 16f877.
