error in simulating Low Noise Amplifier using Spectre (help)

i am simulating an LNA with Spectre, it is showing the following the following error


Matrix is singular ( Detected at net 25)
ciruit has a non singular solution
error diagonal found in jacobian at " net 2g" and "net 25"


i am unable to find the net 25, even it is giving error is netlist generation

what could be the problem???

There should be no space between "net" and "25".

net25 is the error it is showing
i did not write it in the ckt file, it is a schematic simulation
