Error in Ic station - mentor graphics

Dear friends,
I have been facing a problem in IC station for the last couple of days. I generated a verilog netlist and designed my custom cells to layout. I kept the cells in the current working directory and tried to generate the layout of the netlist using my custom cells. But I am getting number of errors. Following errors are samples of the errors.

Error: Attempt to lock design object failed (name $ADK/technology/ic/process/tsmc018/oai22) (from: DDMS/Ddms_do 0001)
// Error: Lock failed -- insufficient access rights on design object (from: DDMS/Ddms_do 0010)

Please help me to solve this problem.

it seem you don't have the right to access the data , do you generate this files using another account?

Nope .. I did everything from my own account..
